Custom Order Policy

RETURNS OF NON-CUSTOM ITEMS

If an issue arises prior to printing and/or shipping, please reach out to us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a solution. Once items are shipped, we are unable to provide a refund, unless the product is returned in new condition.  We are always happy to help, so just reach out with concerns.

Due to the nature of custom printed items and the inability to re-sell a custom item, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order is printed.  If you have questions, please email us at tumbleweedcustomprinting@gmail.com and we will be happy to let you know if your order has been printed.

DAMAGES

If your order is damaged, please send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos that show the issue, including a photo using a ruler to illustrate the size of the issue.  We will work with you to find a solution that may include returning the project for a refund or replacement.

Shipping Policy

Current Turn Around Time is updated weekly in the Tumbleweed Custom Printing Facebook Group.  If you have questions, please reach out, we are always happy to discuss customer needs.  TAT is estimated in total days and includes weekdays and weekends (holidays are not included).  Once packages are dropped off with the shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Tumbleweed Custom Printing LLC is not responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Postal Service
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by Postal Service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery

PICK UP

If you live in the Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe area and want to pick up your order, please select “Pickup in Store”.  Our pickup can be either contact or contactless depending on your preference.  When your order is ready, we will email or message you on Facebook (if you are in our VIP group) to book a pickup time. Our location is in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (See our FB page for updated TAT time) using UPS or USPS (Choice is based on Delivery Time and Cost). In addition to an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email is also provided. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout. 

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell heat transfer vinyl (HTV) or adhesive vinyl?

We specialize in faux vinyl sheets, which can include both HTV and adhesive types. Be sure to check the product description to confirm the material type.

Do you offer design services?

Yes — if you need help with a layout, seamless file, or just turning your idea into a print-ready format, we offer light design assistance. Just send us a message!

Can I mix different product types in one order?

Yes! You can add vinyl, sublimation sheets, custom fabric, and more to your cart — everything will ship together unless noted otherwise.

Where can I look at all the bases available?
Can I upload my own design for printing?

Absolutely! You can upload your own seamless design for custom fabric or sublimation printing. Don’t have a design? Reach out — we’re happy to help bring your vision to life.
