Custom Order Policy

We’re so excited to help you bring your ideas to life! Here's everything you need to know before placing a custom order with Tumbleweed Custom Printing.

✅ What We Offer

We currently accept custom designs for:

  • Marine Vinyl

  • Sublimation Sheets

  • Adhesive Vinyl

  • Custom Wrapping Paper

You can upload your own design file or reach out to discuss a custom concept — we’re happy to collaborate!

Accepted file types: PNG, JPEG, SVG, AI (300 DPI recommended).

⏳ Turnaround Time

Custom orders typically ship within 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and file readiness. This does not include shipping time.

🖼️ File Requirements

For best results:

  • Files must be high-resolution (300 DPI or higher)

  • Artwork should be seamless/tileable for wrapping paper designs

  • We do not modify submitted artwork unless requested

Need help? We offer basic file setup and seamless conversions for a small fee — just ask!

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

Custom orders are final once printing begins. Due to the nature of custom work, we cannot accept cancellations or returns unless there is a clear printing error or damage.

Be sure to include your order number and request — we’ll let you know if your order is still editable.

📷 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a defect, please send:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage (including one with a ruler for size reference if needed)

We’ll review and work with you on a resolution — which may include a reprint or partial refund.

You’re welcome to use your custom-printed materials in products for resale! We love supporting fellow makers, crafters, and small businesses.
